What will I receive?
A drop may include a note, mini art print, stickers, bookmark, puzzle, conversation card or another paper surprise. Each drop is one separate mailing; it does not include every example. Designs and themes vary.
Does “mystery” mean a detective story?
Mystery means surprise contents. An occasional puzzle or creative activity may appear, but membership is not an ongoing detective story or puzzle-game subscription.
How many mailings do I receive?
The $12 monthly plan includes one separate Mystery Drop per monthly billing cycle. Billing repeats monthly until you cancel future renewals.
When is my mail dispatched?

Can I change or cancel?

Can I return my mail or get a refund?
Our letters are handmade and carefully crafted. Mystery Mail purchases are final sale: we do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind, personal preferences, or the surprise selection. This does not limit any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law.

Yes. Select Someone else and enter their delivery name and address at checkout, with your own email and billing details. The monthly gift subscription renews until you cancel future renewals.
Will my letter have tracking?
A tracking number is not guaranteed. Letter mail may travel without parcel-style tracking. If your paid monthly cycle has ended and you are still waiting, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
