Mystery Mail club terms — updated September 20, 2026

Mystery Mail offers curated creative mail. A drop may contain a letter, postcard, stickers, a small zine or other paper goods. Contents vary; one mailing does not include every example, and a specific artist, design or theme is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Monthly subscription and price

The launch plan includes one separate Mystery Drop per monthly billing cycle for $12 USD. It renews and is charged monthly until canceled. Standard postage is included within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC; applicable taxes and recurring billing details are shown before payment.

One mailing is dispatched during each paid monthly cycle, beginning with the first cycle after purchase. Postal arrival dates vary and a tracking number is not guaranteed. Independent makers may send the selected mail directly to your recipient.

Gifts and existing purchases

A monthly gift subscription renews until the purchaser cancels future renewals. Enter the recipient’s delivery details and use your own email and billing details. The multi-drop plans, prepaid gift offers and MYSTERY20 promotion are on hold for new purchases while we launch the one-drop plan. Existing purchases retain the prices, discounts, purchased quantities and terms agreed at checkout; all paid mailings remain due. Prepaid purchases, if any, end after their purchased term and do not auto-renew.

Canceling future renewals

Cancel before your next scheduled monthly charge using Manage your subscription, or email stumsales@gmail.com for help. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund a valid charge already processed, except where required by law. Paid mailings remain due.

Final sale and problems

Handmade and carefully crafted paper goods are final sale: no voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, personal preferences or surprise selection, except where required by law. Contact us about missing, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed mail so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law. Please contact us before returning anything.

See our refund policy, shipping policy, cancellation policy and privacy policy. We share only the recipient and delivery information needed by makers to fulfill the selected mail.

Illustrations

Concept artwork illustrates the spirit of the club. It is not a photograph of a guaranteed shipment. Designs and contents vary; decorative props are not included.

These terms do not change the terms of earlier orders or exclude rights required by law.

The terms below are retained for orders placed under the store’s previous coffee offering. This update does not change the terms of those orders.

About this store

This store is operated by NeverEmpty Coffee and hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to purchases through our store, together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Review the product, roast, grind, size, quantity and delivery address before placing your order. Please provide accurate contact and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, a pricing error affects your order or we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and explain your options. We will not substitute a different coffee or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. Any unfulfilled cancelled items will be refunded.

Product information

Product pages describe the coffee and available selections. Tasting notes describe flavor characteristics and do not imply added ingredients unless ingredients are specifically listed. Product and packaging appearance may vary slightly from the images. Read the product's ingredient and preparation information before use.

Delivery and order changes

Delivery estimates, tracking and cancellation information are described in our shipping and refund policies. Contact us promptly about an address error, missing parcel or product issue. We remain your contact for purchases made from NeverEmpty Coffee.

The NeverEmpty Society

The NeverEmpty Society is our optional, free email list. Joining does not create a paid coffee subscription, authorize recurring charges or qualify an order for a coffeemaker gift. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Website use

Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse another person's account or payment details, interfere with the store or submit fraudulent orders. Our brand assets and original site content may not be used commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the updated version is published. Changes do not retroactively remove the rights attached to an earlier order.
