Cancellation policy

Mystery Mail subscription cancellation

The monthly club is $12 USD for one Mystery Drop per monthly billing cycle. It renews and is charged monthly until canceled. Standard postage is included for the contiguous United States and Washington, DC; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your selected price and billing schedule are shown before payment.

Cancel future renewals before your next scheduled monthly charge using Manage subscription, or contact us for help. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund a valid charge already processed, except where required by law. Any paid mailings remain due.

Manage your subscription. If you need help or cannot access the management page, email stumsales@gmail.com. You do not need to return a mailing to cancel future renewals.

Gifts and existing purchases

A monthly gift subscription renews until the purchaser cancels future renewals. A prepaid gift is a one-time purchase for the term shown at checkout, with one drop per month; it does not auto-renew and ends automatically after its purchased term. All purchased drops remain due.

The two-, three- and four-drop monthly plans and MYSTERY20 launch offer are on hold for new purchases. Existing purchases, if any, retain the prices, discounts and mailings agreed at checkout. This policy does not change existing subscription contracts.

Paid cycles and final sale

Our mail features handmade and carefully crafted paper goods. Mystery Mail purchases are final sale: we do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind, personal preferences, or the surprise selection. This does not limit any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law.

We will fulfill mailings already paid for, subject to any cancellation or other remedy required by law. See our return and refund policy and shipping policy.

These terms apply to Mystery Mail and do not replace terms agreed for earlier coffee orders or other existing subscriptions.
